Our third recipe in this series is one of our staff favorites! It's so easy to make yet so flavorful! Honestly though it was one of the most difficult spice blends to develop...you see we are well familiar with Indian cuisine at My Symphony Seasonings and the use of freshly grated turmeric, ginger, cardamom etc. was difficult to translate as a dry spice recipe blend, BUT we did it! Our Indian spice blend is called aNAANda which means extremely happy because that's how we felt when we tweaked our recipe for the last time and decided that the blend of 15 organic herbs & spices was flavorful, aromatic and exotic enough to stand up to My Symphony Seasonings' standards!
